  The staff were all very friendly and helpful.The accomodation was clean and comfortable, and we were pleased to see that there was a swimming pool.Nearly forgot,we did enjoy our breakfasts

  Hotel was ideally placed in a small village location within walking distance of of other pubs and places to eat. Food in the hotel was very good and good value. Breakfast was very good with good service. Rooms were a little dated but were kept clean. Very helpfull staff.

  Firstly the hotel wqs value for money. Unfortunately decor and fittings need a lot of updating. Staff were very pleasant and the room and bathroom clean. The bed was uncomfortable and needed an upgrade. We only had breakfast and that was good.

  The staff were very good; they made us welcome and their friendliness gave the hotel a warm atmosphere. The food was also very good; good quality, well cooked/presented and good value for money.

  The hotel does have something because of it's location, character and old world charm but it is in need of some attention, if only to interior paintwork.

  Well located on the main square of Reepham, quite a pleasant market town in a fine old building that serves as a pub and restaurant as well as a hotel. My room was at the back overlooking an attractive courtyard with fountain. Bed was clean and comfortable.

  The standard of cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Staff were conspicuous by their absence at key times ( eg when I wanted to check out, during breakfast - no brown sauce!). I didn't eat in the restaurant at dinner - it's massive and it felt a bit too impersonal. I ate across the square in the pub (which also does excellent beer) which was ok (by British standards...ie rubbish by any others).

  A very restfull stay. The staff were very accommadating and the room and hotel was vrty clean and well maintained. I would recommend highly. The food was excelent as well.

  The staff at the hotel were excellent and nothing was too much trouble when questions asked. The food was excellent with the breakfast cooked to order.

  The location was good for us and the village was very pretty.

  The decor was rather shabby and the roof was leaking above our bathroom, completely soaking the toilet roll. It took an absolute age to get the water to run hot. They were unable to fit us in for an evening meal.

  Friendliness off staff made to feel very welcome

  Bathrooms were in need of a makeover also gardens needed tidying but overall we liked its charm and the staff were smashing. Just get the decorators in!!
